Experience this exciting outdoor variant of the classic game Battleship in Edinburgh!
Find the sights and sink ships
Each team uses a single smartphone to play this game. Teams also receive the following game materials: a city map that is divided into squares with coordinates, and a sheet with photos of landmark sights and smaller objects in the city. Each photo on the sheet corresponds to a set of coordinates on the map. With the help of these game materials, you have to find the objects in the city and take a selfie of your team with the object. Our game master will remotely lead your teams through the game via WhatsApp. You send the selfie via WhatsApp to our game master, who will then let you know whether the corresponding coordinate is a hit or miss.
Work together to clear your path
In this outdoor variant of the game, however, you don’t have to sink ships. Hidden at some of the coordinates are imaginary road users of various sizes: a bus, a truck a car, a bicycle and a pedestrian. Your task is to eliminate them all. The teams can start the game at any photo location: there is no prescribed route. As the various photo locations are only spread over a manageable part of the city centre, teams can quickly and easily reunite after the game.
Teambuilding in Edinburgh in a playful way
Although the participants pass by various sights and landmarks in Edinburgh, no specific information about them is given. The focus of the game is on teambuilding. By exploring the city in a playful way, you will improve team cohesion. At the end of the event, you will not only have experienced an exciting excursion, but also accumulated many wonderful souvenir photos.
